Gopuram taste of India was established in the year 1994 as a full service Indian restaurant in Oklahoma City but within a year, it became well known to neighboring states for the quality of food and service. Enquiries and orders started pouring in during the following years for caterings from Arkansas, Kansasn, Newmexico and West Texas and of course Oklahoma. Thanks to the excellent service minded staff over the years that carried out every job very meticulously and put us in an Iconic status in the field of catering. No job is considered either too small or too big for us to handle today. Over the years, we have honed our culinary staff to handle any type of Indian cuisine to suit the palates of the people of the Indian subcontinent and the Mediterranean regions of the world. We have some staff who can handle Indo-Chinese and Indo-European styles of cooking as well. All our food handlers are certified by the Department of Health in Oklahoma City. Some of our chefs hold Diplomas from catering schools in India. Menus are planned very carefully taking into account the specific taste and religious requirements of different ethnic groups. In some instances, our staff can perform under your guidance with your recipes in your town.We bring our mobile kitchen or work in a well-equipped commercial kitchen in your town. Food tasting sessions are arranged in our restaurant in Oklahoma City. We have fully equipped catering trucks to handle any job in a short notice. Such as: Hospitals, Offices and Hotels for lunches. We have credentials to accredit ourselves in any major hotels and exclusive clubs in USA. We provide workers compensation insurance for our staff and carry one millon dollar per event liability insurance all the time.
